A day in the life…
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an onsite hotel staff accountant. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring accurate financial transactions, processing accounts receivable transactions, and auditing income records within our hotel.
- Income Auditing, verifying accuracy of transactions from multiple revenue streams
- Monitor and process Accounts Receivable payments and reconciliations
- Assist in month end close activities
- Maintain records in an organized and compliant manner
- Filing and scanning of documents
- Research accounting problems
- Data entry
- Other duties as assigned

- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, thoroughness, organization, and highly motivated
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
- Great communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proficient with software, including accounting systems and Office 365
- Knowledge in Acumatica and Hotel Management System software is a strong plus
Salary:
$29.00 to $34.00 an hour

Requirements
- High school diploma required.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field, preferred but not required.
- 1-2 years of accounting, with hotel accounting preferred.
- Occasional weekends are required depending on close schedule.
Salary : $29 - $34
