Summary:
Assist the Outlet Manager in the day-to-day operations of the department. Manage and respond to critical issues within the outlet, resolve guest concerns and ensure 100% guest satisfaction. Provide front counter service to customers, including taking food and beverage orders. Prepare requested items, work with fellow team members to ensure orders are properly prepared in a timely manner, and efficiently manage the point of sale system. Maintain organization, cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Assist Manager with scheduling and directing of Food Service Attendants
- Responsible for opening and closing procedures
- Responsible for learning all menu items, preparing menu items and all cooked items to specifications; must know ingredients and prices for all food and beverages
- Responsible for slicing cold meats, hot meats and cheeses, using slicing machine
- Follow departmental procedures to ensure a sanitary and safe work environment
- Responsible for cleanliness of line (e.g. clear, clean, reset and maintain designated areas during shift including counters, standing counters, and condiment stands as needed)
- Responsible for maintaining stock on the line at all times and keeping the line restocked
- Responsible for utilizing POS system; ensure all paperwork is accurate and complete
- Maintain an excellent working relationship with all levels of the organization
- Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, as they apply to the position
- Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company’s guest service culture standards
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous experience performing same or similar duties preferred
- Previous experience working with a POS system preferred
- Must be able to understand, implement and adhere to the sequence of service (i.e. timeliness in approaching and providing guest with service)
- Must be able to understand and adhere to all department/company cash handling procedures and able to handle large amounts of money as needed
- Must be able to understand and conform to all company/departmental policies, procedures, rules and regulations
- Must present self in a professional manner at all times and able to function in a fast-paced team environment
- Ability to work amicably with co-workers
- Ability to learn tasks in a reasonable amount of time
- Proven experience providing high level of guest service
- Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company
- Verify right to work in the United States

Salary : $27,500 - $34,900
