Summary:
Responsible for the maintenance, alterations, and repairs of Team Member uniforms and textiles
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Performs all alterations to ensure the proper fit for team member uniforms including hemming, adjusting waist bands, replacing zippers, fixing tears, applying buttons, and lengthening
- Launders, steams, and presses uniforms as needed
- Sews and/or repair textiles
- Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position
- Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company’s guest service culture standards
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills and acquired knowledge of how to make and mend clothing
- Ability to complete alterations, sew hems, fix tears, mend zippers and apply buttons
- Ability to alter, repair, and hem, curtains, sheers, bed skirts, duvets and other linens as needed
- Able to work with specialized garments
- Proven experience providing high level of guest service
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal
- Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company
- Verify right to work in the United States

- Occasionally push/pull up to 25lbs
- Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 25lbs at floor, knee, waist, and chest levels
- Regularly squat kneel, reach, bend, twist

- Constant use of hearing and vision, distinguish between shades of color, and use tools or equipment requiring a high degree of dexterity
