Job Description
Provides support for a wide variety of regional needs that will have a significant impact on the efficiency of daily operations. This position is an opportunity for professional development and growth in a dynamic office environment, reporting to the Chief Operating Officer.
Specific duties will include but are not limited to developing strategies to assist daily operations in running more efficiently, managing calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments, phone and email correspondence, greeting walk-ins, support for routine tasks as requested by Business, Recruiting, Projects and HR staff and sitewide support to include time sheet collection and approval, record and database support.

Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Strong technical skills with PC operating systems; proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite programs, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong data entry and database management skills
- Must be able to provide a high level of attention to detail and produce high quality work while multi-tasking
- Must have the ability to quickly learn Edgewater’s internet-based applications
- Must be a positive team player, detail oriented, eager to learn and proactive
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Must be flexible to accommodate local team and national company needs as they grow and evolve
- Maintain confidentiality at all times
- Desire to commit and grow with the team
- Must show an aptitude in independent decision making and demonstrate an ability to prioritize tasks appropriately without supervision.
- An eagerness to perform well, taking pride and care with responsibilities is desirable
