Edgewater Technical Associates is seeking qualified candidates for an Expeditor opportunity to support the Savannah River Site.

Expeditor -
Duties:
- Resident at fabricators facility, responsibilities include but are not limited to, tracking the status of in-process submittals, supplier deviations and requests for information, liaison between the fabricator, Design Agency, and Document Control to ensure submittals are progressing appropriately and responsible reviewers are maintaining commitments.
- Coordinates kick-off meetings with fabricators and GBDC execution team.
- Expedites and tracks submittals and deliverables in accordance with procurement requirements and SFE subcontractor schedules.
- Assists Delivery Manager with oversight of fabricator schedules to monitor progress against the procurements required delivery dates.
- Establish weekly progress review meetings and tracking of meeting minutes.
- Initial review of project schedule to identify if the fabricator’s forecast aligns with the contractual requirements and project priorities.
- Assists with coordination of delivery of Customer/Government Furnished Equipment to the fabricator in a timely manner to support the schedule.
- Reports to the applicable DM for day-to-day execution activities and the Delivery Manager Lead for functional requirements.
- Expediting of prefabrication and fabrication documents for Engineering and Quality Assurance review in accordance with contractual/schedule requirements.
- Continuous review and monitoring of subcontractor schedules.
- Status reporting of Supplier Deviation Disposition Requests (SDDRs).
Education/Yrs. Of Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree and ten (10) years of relevant experience OR a Master's degree: Five (5) years of relevant experience OR fifteen (15) or more years of relevant education and/or relevant experience may be considered to satisfy educational and years-of-experience requirements.
