Position Summary
Reporting to the Sr Head of Sales Strategy over Billie, Shave & Grooming, the Head of Billie Sales Strategy will be responsible for crafting and executing a comprehensive 4P Channel Strategy, aligned with strategic brand plans to outperform the market. This role will collaborate closely with our Marketing and Sales teams, ensuring plans are developed with our consumers at the forefront and are designed to win with our retail partners.
Key Responsibilities
Annual Business Planning
- Establish and nurture strong partnerships with cross functional teams including sales, sales operations, brand, growth marketing, product development, finance and supply chain, fostering trust and collaboration to achieve strategic objectives.
- Design and execute category growth strategies that motivate retail partners to invest in our brands while ensuring alignment with overall commercial objectives.
- Identify and unlock distribution opportunities to drive category expansion, leveraging strategic collaboration and insights.

The salary range for this position is $176,000- 264,000 Actual base salary offered to a candidate may vary based upon factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance.
