ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS :

• Change belts, rollers, and bearings on Elsner
• Clean, measure, and inspect / Change blades and anvils
• Operate Elsner in a safe and efficient manner
• Know how to do line start-up and shut down
• Properly clean / sanitize / PM all equipment
• Set up rolls of material, and make roll changes
• Practice and perform Lock Out / Tag Out
• Proper use / handling of chemicals
• Perform changeovers on all Elsner equipment
• Inspect product to ensure good quality
• Perform / record all hourly quality checks as specified
• Practice and follow all Safety / OSHA / GMP / FDA / GDP requirements
• General knowledge of all line functions
• Help in training new team member
• Perform other Lead / Supervisor directed tasks
• Housekeeping / Lean / 5S
