Essential Job Duties and Functions :
- Data Analysis and Interpretation : Utilize bioinformatics tools and techniques to analyze large-scale biological datasets, including proteomic and metabolomic data.
- Statistical Modeling : Develop and apply statistical models to identify patterns, trends, and significant biological findings.
- Algorithm Development : Collaborate with researchers to design and implement computational algorithms for specific biological problems.
- Visualization and Communication : Create clear and informative visualizations of data and explanations of methods to communicate findings effectively.
- Collaboration : Work closely with biologists, biochemists, and other scientists to address research questions and interpret results.
Required Education, Experience and Skills :
Salary range : $80,000-$115,000, title and salary commensurate with experience
Hybrid role, onsite preferred
