• Monitoring patient health, recording vital signs, and updating care plans.

• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.

• Assisting residents with daily activities to enhance their quality of life.

• Supporting and collaborating with our nursing team, physicians, and families to ensure optimal care.

What You Need:

• Active Registered Nurses (RN)/ License Practical Nurse (LPN) in New Hampshire or a compact state.
