Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, medication management, and mobility support.
- Assist with mealtime; serving and clean-up.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of resident living spaces and common areas, perform light housekeeping.
- Monitor residents' health and well-being, reporting any changes or concerns to nursing staff promptly.
- Support the implementation of individualized care plans tailored to each resident's needs.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect residents' privacy and confidentiality.
- Uphold resident rights by fostering a respectful and dignified environment for all individuals.
- Collaborate with nursing staff and social workers to address any additional needs or concerns of residents.
