At Edgewood Country Club, we are thrilled to announce our new Member Clubhouse, which features a fine dining steakhouse, a casual dining option and a vibrant bar.

We are seeking experienced Servers to join our team and provide outstanding service for lunch and dinner across our new dining venues. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and thrive in a dynamic environment, we would love to hear from you.

As a Server at Edgewood Country Club, you will be responsible for:

• Arriving to shift on time; if unable to work, informing supervisor as soon as possible
• Wearing proper work attire, including uniform, shoes, nametag and apron
• Attending required meetings (all staff, pre and post service and/or line-up sessions)
• Performing set-up and breakdown tasks for service areas throughout the steakhouse, café and casual dining option, including special member events (such as private parties and gatherings)
• Delivering excellent service to all members and guests upon being seated, ensuring a positive dining experience across all restaurant venues
• Accurately taking beverage, meal and snack orders; pour and refill beverages; prepare and serve after-meal beverages such as coffee and/or desserts.
• Informing supervisor of any member or guest complaints as soon as they occur
• Clearing soiled dishes of members and guests throughout service; cleaning assigned work areas in the kitchen and/or server station area
• Assisting with closing tasks, such as bussing cups, dishes, silverware and re-setting them for the next day
• Following food safety-related requirements as well as all laws, policies and procedures for the service of alcoholic beverages
• Completing other related tasks as assigned

• Experienced (minimum of three years) in the food service industry, with a focus on fine dining required
• Of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages
• Able to read, write and execute basic math skills
• Detail oriented, friendly and have excellent communication skills
• Able to work well in a fast-paced environment and maintain high professionalism
• Capable of executing a variety of service types (a la carte, buffet and more)
• Flexible with working evenings, weekends and holidays
• Comfortable working in hot, humid and/or noisy environment
• Capable of standing, walking, climbing, stooping, kneeling, bending and/or reaching for long periods of time; can push, pull or lift up to 50 pounds
