Now Hiring: RN Unit Manager
Responsibilities RN Unit Manager:
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the nursing unit.
- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, including LPNs and RNs.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and facility policies.
- Develop and implement care plans for residents.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare providers to optimize patient care.
- Conduct regular assessments of residents' conditions and adjust care plans as needed.
- Manage staffing levels, schedules, and performance evaluations.
- Maintain accurate resident records and documentation.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident care.
Qualifications RN Unit Manager:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- RN in OH
- Previous LTC/SNF experience preferred
- Serious applicants
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of long-term care regulations.
- Leadership and team-building abilities.
