As an Office Assistant at Edgewood, you would be responsible for ensuring efficient business office functions related to the administration of all employment related practices with a focus on staffing and recruitment efforts. This position will assist in additional office functions such as preparing and maintaining the daily schedule, coordinating the scheduling functions at the community in collaboration with community leadership, assisting in new hire orientation, and annual in-service employee training and performing other HR-related duties.

You would be a great addition to our team if you possess the following:
- High school diploma or GED, required.
- Associates degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or other related area is a plus.
- Practical knowledge of HR/Payroll procedures, accounting/bookkeeping policies and systems is a plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy and thoroughness is necessary.
- Passion and drive for helping others.
