Calling all RECRUITMENT experts, we’ve got the gig for you! Join a fun and fast-paced team, as one of our community leaders. Our recruiting & retention specialists are responsible for supporting staffing models by developing a pool of qualified candidates, building networks in order to locate qualified candidates, and maintaining a strong public relations reputation for the company in order to attract new candidates. This position is also responsible for coordinating the successful onboarding of new employees. This is an on-site role.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED, required
• Associates degree within a related field, preferred
• Valid driver's license
• Experience with all tasks related to recruitment including effective interview skills, customer service, and networking ability
• Strong interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
• Supportive and understanding attitude for a diverse working environment
• Basic knowledge of employment law
