We are seeking to hire a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team of outstanding caregivers!
Position Overview :
As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will provide essential nursing care to our residents, assisting in their health and well-being. You will work under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians to implement care plans, monitor residents’ conditions, and provide support to both residents and their families.
Key Responsibilities :
Assist in the assessment and evaluation of residents’ health conditions, documenting findings and care provided.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring for any side effects or complications.
Collaborate with the nursing team to develop and implement individualized care plans based on residents’ needs.
Provide basic nursing care, including wound care, catheter care, and assistance with activities of daily living.
Educate residents and their families on health management and wellness practices.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of nursing care and resident progress.
Uphold infection control protocols and ensure a safe, clean environment for residents.
Participate in staff meetings and ongoing training to enhance nursing skills and knowledge.
Qualifications :
Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in [State].
Completion of an accredited practical nursing program.
Previous experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting is preferred.
Strong clinical skills and attention to detail.
