What are the responsibilities and job description for the Monument & Headstone Design Specialist (2D & 3D) position at Edgewood Monuments?
Who are we looking for?
- We’re seeking a skilled and motivated vector graphic designer with a passion for creating meaningful designs to join our team in the impactful world of monument design
What will you do in this position?
- Transform client ideas into polished, finalized headstone designs
- Collaborate with clients and cemeteries to ensure smooth and accurate approval of design drafts
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Create eye-catching graphics and engaging designs
- Coordinate with clients and outside agencies
- Submit design layouts for project approval
- Handle graphic projects from start to finish
- Develop and maintain image library files
- Interact with customers on a regular basis
Pay:
- Hourly Pay: $23-40 per hour, based on skills and experience
- Starting Pay: From $23, depending on qualifications and abilities

- Earn 1 hour of paid time off for every 20 hours worked
- Earn 1 hour of sick time off for every 40 hours worked
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 9am - 5pm
- No remote work
Requirements:
- Extremely high attention to detail
- Expert proficiency in Illustrator
- Expert proficiency in Photoshop
- Proficiency in 3D design software such as Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, or ZBrush
- Excellent grammar and spelling
- Great customer service, people skills is a MUST
- Must have a reliable personal vehicle available at all times
