EP Design Services LLC (EPDS) is Edgewood’s multi-disciplinary design firm providing architectural and engineering services.
EPDS provides superior design in creating memorable and viable environments.
We're currently seeking an CADD Designer / Operator-Civil-Land Development
Candidate will work full-time in our creative office located in South Plainfield, NJ.
Responsibilities
Drafting of commercial / residential site plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D, including but not limited to the following :
- Utility Plans & Profiles
- Grading & Drainage plans, Profiles and Cross Sections
- Roadway Plans, Profiles & Cross Sections
- Sketches and Exhibits as needed
- Uses special notations and symbols to give instructions on drawings
- Use GIS software to obtain required site images and incorporate into project drawings
- Use 3rd party applications (Auto-TURN, Photoshop, etc.) to generate drawings based on specific project requirements
Work with Department Managers and Project Engineers to understand :

Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D 2016 or newer, including but not limited to the following :
