Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a seamless valet experience.
- Assist in overseeing daily valet operations, including vehicle handling, ticketing, and traffic flow management.
- Coordinate with Front Desk, Concierge, and Bell Services to ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and concerns, resolving issues with a guest-first approach.
- Monitor valet zones to maintain safety, organization, and efficient service.
- Deliver a world-class arrival and departure experience for all guests, ensuring Forbes Travel Guide service standards are met or exceeded.
- Supervise and support valet attendants, ensuring they deliver exceptional service.
- Assist with hiring, training, and mentoring team members on luxury service standards, safety protocols, and efficient vehicle handling.
- Conduct regular inspections of valet areas to uphold cleanliness, organization, and safety.
- Report and document any incidents, damages, or safety concerns.
- Assist in managing valet-related expenses, including payroll, supplies, and equipment.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support the overall success of the team and business.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous experience in valet operations or luxury hospitality, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a team in a high-end hospitality setting.
- Strong knowledge of Forbes service standards.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; ability to operate luxury and exotic vehicles.
Physical Requirements:
