Essential Functions:
- Upon guest arrival to the Property, welcome guests (By name within 30 seconds of arrival) and assist with parking and retrieving their vehicles. You are the first impression!
- Greet customers and open their car doors.
- Inspect vehicles to detect any damage.
- Give guest Valet ticket for easy tracking for retrieval of vehicle.
- Park and retrieve automobiles for guests in parking lots.
- Only accept single vehicle key or FOB for vehicle, this is for guest safety with their belongings.
- Monitor surroundings to detect potential hazards.
- Drive all types of guest vehicles and all Edgewood Mercedes Sprinters.
- Provide guest assistance, Information and offering directions.
- Keep parking areas clean and orderly to ensure that space usage is maximized.
- Respond to guest requests and questions providing a knowledgeable, efficient and helpful information service.
- Other duties as assigned. Responsibilities and activities may change at any time with or without notice.
Qualifications / Special Skills:
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Previous valet experience preferred.
- Previous luxury hospitality experience preferred.
- The ideal candidate is a highly motivated professional.
- Driving experience in all types of passenger vehicles including manual shift.
- Must have a valid driver’s license with a proven clean driving record.
- Cash handling experience and basic math skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Available to work varied shifts when needed, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
