- Sell services being offered to potential customers
- Draft contracts for customers and manage the entire process from start to finish
- Make recommendations for materials to use and safety measures to take
- Oversee project management, including tracking budgets and maintaining a database of projects and their progress
- Perform field visits and write reports detailing project viability and progress
Qualifications
- Licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Florida is required
- Strong technical background in structural design
- Deep knowledge of construction materials and methodologies
- Project Management experience
- Knowledge of compliance, zoning, and building legislation
