Job Description:
  • Answer, screen, and place calls for Human Resources & Retail Operations Manager.
  • Prepare paperwork and schedules for smooth new-hire onboarding process, coordinating with cross-functional departments to deliver and exceptional first day experience.
  • Assist in the recruitment process by communication with recruiters, coordinating interviews, screening resumes.
  • Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding and new-hire orientations
  • Assist in open enrollment and benefits.
  • Managing and coordinating schedules for the HR department, including meetings and events.
  • Serving as a point of contact, providing smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries.
  • Generating official internal documents such as offer letters, confirmation letters, and grade salary slips.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive and proprietary information.
  • Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions according to HR objectives.
  • Maintain physical and digital files for employees and their documents.

  • Conduct background checks for new employees.
  • Process gift cards for customers and vendors.
  • Assist in the communication, interpretation and upkeep of employee handbook, employee directory, and organizational charts.
  • Assist in meeting coordination and or meeting document preparation
  • Coordinate and or schedule flights and hotel accommodations
  • Place lunch orders for office staff and or company meetings/events
  • Place supply orders
  • Other responsibilities as assigned:

Qualifications:
  • EDUCATION
  • Associate's degree
  • SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
  • Minimum of three (3) years' experience as an Administrative Assistant.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Must be well organized.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strict Confidentiality a must.
  • Ability to multi-task.
