Job Description:
Reporting to the Manager AX/.NET Applications Development, the Integrations Developer position will focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and UKG Pro/WFM applications administration, support, integrations, and development. This role will be engaged in the continued growth and support of AAA Cooper's Microsoft Dynamics Azure cloud - D365 environment, UKG PRO/Workforce Management, and associated applications across the company, and in supporting initiatives designed to improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications :
Reporting to the Manager AX/.NET Applications Development, the Integrations Developer position will focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and UKG Pro/WFM applications administration, support, integrations, and development. This role will be engaged in the continued growth and support of AAA Cooper's Microsoft Dynamics Azure cloud - D365 environment, UKG PRO/Workforce Management, and associated applications across the company, and in supporting initiatives designed to improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications :
- Ability to provide technical support; troubleshoot support requests, find the issue and implement a solution.
- 2 - 5 years' experience with D365 CE and/or UKG Pro/WFM
- 2 - 5 years development experience in modifying or creating forms, SSRS reports, tables or custom logic in X
- SSIS Integrations development experience, KingswaySoft experience a plus.
- 1-3 years development experience in .Net and C#
- MS SQL Server experience
- 1 year Business analysis experience
- Versed in SDLC and best practices for applications development
- Application administration including User Security setup / management.
- Experience in Asure DevOps is a plus but not required
- Self-Motivated; willing to take on new opportunities and learn new technologies
- Must have the ability to manage time and prioritize tasks
- Good team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Transportation knowledge a plus but not required
