EDI and Integration Specialist
This position is responsible for defining, mapping, and documenting all EDI and integration requirements with external clients/vendors within an implementation project to provide a stable, high-quality integration solution.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Implementation Consultants throughout the project to deliver integration solution milestones.
- Participate in implementation planning AQP workshops (advance quality planning) to understand/document detailed integration requirements.
- Collaborate with EDI and development teams in design and development phases of the overall integration solution.
- Built and maintain relationships with global EDI integration development team to design integration solutions according to established global frameworks and standards.
- Maintain good working relationships with key business stakeholders of IT solutions implemented.
- Create and execute integration test plans/scripts/cases based on technical integration requirements defined in integration solution documentation.
- Continuously look for ways to streamline/improve current integration solutions in line with global frameworks to provide better quality services to clients.
- Work as part of a close-knit team to provide quality service to the business.
- Work independently and in a team structure when designing solutions.
- Provide support for global projects.
Experience:
- 5 years of experience in EDI and Integration
- Experience in EDI X12/EDIFACT
- Experience in Supply Chain/Logistics/Transportation preferred
- Experience with XML mapping
- Technical skills such as API, SQL, ERP, WMS, PowerBI, etc.
- End user application training and training documentation
- Excellent communication skills
