What are the responsibilities and job description for the SAP/EDI Technical Business Analyst position at EDI Staffing?
We're seeking candidates for a 100% remote SAP / EDI Technical Business Analyst.
Position Summary :
- Provide proactive and reactive monitoring of production data, with the ability to triage and analyze issues to determine root cause and foster all communications with customer / internals through to final issue resolution.
- EDI knowledge is required; should possess a decent level of various EDI transactions, ability to read mapping specifications, and associated transaction data flows.
- SAP knowledge is a plus and is utilized to view / research and troubleshoot end-to-end EDI to / from OpenText Enterprise to / from Nestle SAP environments.
- Work cross-functionally within the organizations, in a team environment, to deliver quality, satisfaction, and resolutions to the customers.
- Minimum of 4 years related customer-facing production support experience
- Must demonstrate very good problem-solving, analytical and organizational skills
- Must demonstrate effective English communication skills and the capability of providing easy-to-understand written communications to customers who may or maybe not be EDI savvy
- Must be willing to work holidays (when necessary) (Comp days will be provided)
- Possess a moderately high degree of deductive reasoning ability and initiative to solve problems and determine appropriate solutions
- Expected to manage workload and be proactive with customer issues with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with ServiceNow would be 'nice to have'
