We are seeking a Senior EDI Analyst to lead the design and management of EDI systems, ensuring seamless data exchange with our trading partners.
Responsibilities :
- Manage all EDI operations, including transaction set development, testing, and implementation with trading partners.
- Serve as the primary liaison between customers, internal teams, and trading partners to ensure smooth communication and resolution of EDI-related issues.
- Monitor and maintain EDI systems, troubleshoot operational challenges, and resolve communication issues with VANs and other systems.
- Lead project management efforts for EDI implementations, from planning and scheduling to execution and stakeholder updates.
- Stay updated on EDI standards, ensure compliance, and support strategic initiatives to improve electronic commerce solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing and IT teams to enhance EDI functionality, provide user support, and contribute to ongoing cost-saving measures.
