Description:

Back of the house employees will work at certain stations and concentrate on making all products picture perfect. You will either work on one of the stations listed below...

Production Line: You will be making fruit arrangements only. Which ever arrangement we assign you is all that you will make. Each day we can rotate on them all so that you can get a feel of each arrangement.

Wrapping Station: At this station you will wrap all arrangements, boxes, platters, plush stuffed bear items, etc. You will also tag all delivery orders and send them outside to the trailer. This is all that you will do is wrap and tag during this holiday.

Fruit Prep: You will cut pineapple hearts and put them on skewers, sort strawberries for boxes, arrangements, and platters. Any damage strawberries will be thrown away. You will also wash kale for arrangements. You will also take out trash and help keep dishes clean and washed. This is all that you will do in this position.

Dipping Station: You will dip strawberries for arrangements, platters & boxes. Some strawberries will have sprinkles on them as well. If approved there will be a dipped pineapple heart option as well. We will also dip white chocolate strawberries for PICK UP orders only.

Box & Platter Station: You will put all fruit boxes together. We have pictures as to what goes in each box. You will also put platters together per the description. This is all that you will do in this position.

Cookie Station: You will assist with baking cookies and applying cookie toppers to the strawberry cookies. You will also box up orders that only have cookies in them. This is all that you will do in this position.

Runners: Your only task is to run orders to the trailer for deliveries and get orders for pick up orders. It will be imperative that you follow protocol as this position is fast and takes a lot of concentration. You will also blow up all balloons.

Flower Arrangement Maker: You will put all flowers in vases and or flower totes. your only job is to make sure flowers are alive and beautiful. We do not send out dead flowers. If they are dead let management know. It would be great if you had a green thumb for plants.

Requirements:

• You must have a positive attitude and follow directions
• You must have a sense of urgency.
• You must be able to work between 5am-8pm any hours any shift
• Ability to multi- task
• You must be on time each day
• Must be able to work from February 11th-February 15th any shift
• Understand that this is a seasonal position
• Have back of house experience
• You must have self control and not be on your cell phones during your shift.
