Edible Arrangements is currently hiring for the upcoming "Valentine's Day" holiday. The pay rate is $9.00 for Customer Service Representatives.
Job Description
We are looking for trained and well groomed Customer Service Representatives. While working for Edible Arrangements you will be thoroughly trained on our computer systems. This way you will be able to "Wow" each customer. We are looking for pleasant, humble, enthusiastic, team player, confident, people person, kind spirit, and firm on your decisions kind of employees. You will need to follow protocol and company policies in order to fulfill this position. You will take orders over the phone and in person. You will need to be able to sell our products and stand firm on making sure you make no exceptions on the rules just to please a customer. We need "Go Getters" as we are trying to over acheive sales and break new goals this year. - No cellphones allowed during shift. I will not pay you to be on your phone. (You will be sent home if caught)

- You must be able to accept corrective criticism

- You must have at least 3 years of Customer Service Experience and your resume must state this in order to get a call back.
- You must be professional and humble
- Acknowledge all customers that come in the store and on the phone.
