Purpose:
As Edible Brands® continues to expand our portfolio, we're searching for a visionary digital leader to spearhead innovation and optimization across our flagship brand, Edible Arrangements, and an expanding portfolio of consumer brands
By working with the Director, eCommerce, and Business Unit leaders, you’ll lead the implementation of new digital experiences ranging from coordinating the efforts of UX designers and developers to launch new website pages, bringing to life subscription offerings in partnership with product and development counterparts, and identifying and leading the implementation of new delivery method opportunities.
This is a high-visibility role built for a self-starter who has a strong communication skillset and leads by influence.
Location: This position will work onsite out of our Corporate Office in Sandy Springs, GA, Monday-Thursday, with work-from-home flexibility on Fridays.
Responsibilities:
- Ideate and recommend digital strategies and tactics to drive conversion, customer engagement, and profit for respective categories on-site.
- Work collaboratively and cross-functionally with our technical and UX/UX teams to launch digital experience enhancements.
- Execute online merchandising efforts such as product categorization, search strategies, and optimization of product content.
- Launch and strategize digital content such as homepage and category page assets within a content management system.
- Work collaboratively with marketing to merchandising and message the site experience according to seasonality, product launches, marketing campaigns, and other key selling messages
- Actively analyze the business to provide meaningful insights into performance, assessing category, customer, and shopping behavior through the digital channel
- Maintain correct product assortment and adjust daily/weekly
- Monitor and conduct site audits for accuracy
- Analyze data daily to optimize the customer experience and make suggestions/take action to improve the conversion rate
- Serve as the eCommerce subject matter expert (SME) and go-to person for cross-functional teams, providing insights and recommendations on initiatives to meet business goals
Experience Requirements:
- 3-5 years of D2C eCommerce experience
- Hands-on experience with digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a relevant area
