Purpose:
As the Senior Manager, Off-Premise & Marketplace, you will drive the growth and optimization of our third-party (3P) and off-premise digital channels across 700 franchise locations. This role focuses on collaborating with marketplace partners (e.g., Uber Eats, DoorDash, ezCater) and cross-functional teams to deliver results. With a focus on strategy execution, partner management, and performance tracking, the Off-Premise Manager will play a critical role in shaping the future of our digital sales channels.
Location Requirements: Work onsite at our Atlanta corporate office, with flexibility as needed.
What that looks like day-to-day:
- Develop and execute strategies to grow online ordering across 700 franchise locations.
- Lead and manage existing Marketplace and third-party (3P) delivery partner relationships, including agreement negotiations and optimization strategies. (Ex: Uber Eats, DoorDash, and ezCater).
- Collaborate with Operations leads to ensure high-quality reliability metrics for all off-premise third-party partners.
- Work closely with Innovation and Marketing teams to optimize 3P menus, pricing strategies, promotional strategies, and profile merchandising.
- Track and report KPIs for third-party relationships, presenting insights to senior leadership and recommending optimizations to improve performance. Provide regular performance updates, including successful optimization results and continued strategies for growth in off-premise third-party sales.
- Partner with eCommerce and Marketing leads to integrate off-premise promotional opportunities into the overarching brand calendar.
- Present Financial and eCommerce leadership with new revenue channel opportunities, product offerings, and integrations.
- Collaborate with Operations teams to ensure new channel offerings are clearly communicated to franchisees, setting all stakeholders up for success.
Requirements:
- Proven hands-on experience growing eCommerce brands via third-party digital channels, including but not limited to Uber Eats, DoorDash, Amazon, and Walmart.
- Experience leading initiatives, presenting to senior leadership, and working with cross-functional teams to meet organizational goals.
- Ability to set, monitor, and achieve KPIs related to third-party relationships with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated understanding of financial principles to identify new revenue opportunities and ensure profitability of third-party channels.
