Purpose :
At Edible Brands, we are dedicated to creating seamless and joyful interactions that enhance every aspect of our customer and employee experience. As a UX / UI Designer focused on store technology, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the tools and interfaces that drive efficiency, clarity, and delight across our in-store systems.
You'll collaborate with product managers, developers, and store operations teams to design intuitive and visually appealing solutions in-store technology. Your work will directly impact the day-to-day operations of our stores, ensuring that our franchisees and staff have tools that are not only functional but also embody our commitment to excellence and brand consistency.

Location : This position will work onsite out of our Corporate Office in Sandy Springs, GA Monday – Thursday, with work-from-home flexibility Fridays.
Responsibilities :
Designing how users interact with the POS system, including button placement, visual feedback mechanisms, and input methods (touchscreen, keyboard)Designing the visual aesthetics of POS interfaces, and training modules, including color schemes, typography, and iconography to ensure clarity and brand consistencyCreate user-centered designs by considering market analysis, customer feedback, A / B testing, and usability findingsAudit and design user interfaces for web and mobile applications, using wireframes, prototypes, and visual design toolsDevelop user personas, user scenarios, and user flows to facilitate design decisionsCollaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers to ensure that design specifications are implemented correctlyConduct usability testing and analyze user feedback to improve the user experienceCommunicate design solutions to stakeholders using sketches, mockups, and other visual aidsStay up-to-date with emerging design trends and technologies to ensure that our products remain competitive and innovativeRequirements :
3-4 years of UI / UX experienceFamiliarity with retail operations, checkout processes, and common POS functionalitiesWorking knowledge of retail POS, KDS, Kiosk, Inventory systems and / or touchscreensA strong portfolio that demonstrates expertise in designing user-centered interfaces and experiencesProficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and InVisionExperience working in an Agile development environment is a plusProficiency in analyzing user data, A / B testing results, and usability findings to make informed design decisions that enhance user experienceFamiliarity with front-end web and mobile development principles and constraints, allowing for more effective collaboration with developers and ensuring design feasibilityAbility to clearly articulate design decisions and the rationale behind them to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and understanding across teamsEssential Competencies :
