What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service/Designer position at Edible Arrangements?
Job Overview:
Looking for a customer service rep/arrangement designer for our East Longmeadow Edible Arrangements location.
Shifts normally consist of 9am-2pm (once someone is fully trained shifts consist of 9am-2pm, 2pm-7pm, & 9am-7pm)
Must be available on weekends.
Our store hours are:
Monday-Saturday 9am-7pm
Sunday 9am-3pm
HOLIDAYS ARE MANDATORY - as this is a holiday based job
*closed on Christmas*
This is NOT just a seasonal position
Responsibilities:
- Take customer orders over the phone and in person
- Prep & Dip fruit
- Assemble arrangements, boxes, & platters
- Keep a clean work space
- Work independently and as a team
- Must be able to multitask , such as making orders while answering phones
Will be trained on how to:
- Make, dip, & assemble orders
- Take customer orders
- Process online orders
*kitchen experience is a plus, but not mandatory
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
-Customer Service Skills
-Phone and computer savvy
