We are currently seeking our next great Delivery Driver to work in our Stuart location. This is a part time position.
Requirements:
- Current valid State Driver License with a clean driving record
- Ability to read a map
- Must have reliable transportation to work.
- If hired, you will be required to work holidays (Christmas, Valentine's Day, Thanksgiving, Mother's Day, Easter, etc.)
- Flexible schedules are a must.
- Positive attitude
- Able to work Monday-Friday and weekends.
- Proficient with a smartphone.
- Previous delivery experience a plus but not required
- Delivery Vehicle provided if qualified by Insurance Carrier
Responsibilities Include:
- Maintain a professional image at all times
- Provide excellent guest service
- Able to follow provided routes using sequenced tickets and GPS
- Able to left/carry up to 50 lbs.
- Follow detailed procedures with regards to different delivery types (Schools, Business, and/or residential)
- Safe operation of a delivery vehicle
- Maintain and clean inside of delivery vehicle daily
- Upkeep of delivery and vehicle maintenance logs
- Notify management of issues with the delivery vehicle
- Properly log delivery orders with detailed information
