What are the responsibilities and job description for the Floral and Fruit Arrangement Artist position at Edible Arrangements?

Jobs and duties include:
- Build Edible arrangements according to Edible standards
- Prepare a variety of arrangements according to customers' orders or supervisors' instructions, following approved procedures and proper portion sizes
- Wash, peel and/or cut various fruit to prepare for arranging
- Dip fruit in various chocolates
- Package arrangements or dipped fruit
- Receive and store fruit supplies, equipment, and utensils in refrigerators and other storage areas
- Clean work areas, equipment, utensils, and dishes
- Inform supervisors when supplies are getting low or equipment is not working properly
- Assist with receiving deliveries from vendors
Job Requirements:
- Positive attitude
- Great communication skills
- Detailed oriented
- Ability to lift, carry and/or push objects weighing up to 40 lbs.
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
- Valid State Driver’s License and a clean driving record preferred, if driving
- Ability to stand, bend, reach and scoop through-out assigned shift
- Learns and demonstrates all performance standards by completing in-store training and utilizing digital training portal on an ongoing basis
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week, BONUSES during peak holidays.
