Team Member

Roti Team is looking for Team Members to join our restaurant location on 1012 W Randolph.

Candidates will be considered for part-time to full-time positions and must be available to work in the store during the week.

Responsibilities

• This person will be able to maintain a positive environment so our guests have an amazing experience as soon as they walk into our doors!
• You’re excited to help us improve the company and the industry. You work hard, get results, and start again. You are a Roti Ambassador inside and outside of the restaurant!
• Ability to develop positive working relationships with all Team Members.
• Prepare and serve delicious food to create an incredible experience for our dine in, digital, and catering guests. Always looking for ways to delight and make our guest’s day!
• Effectively handle customer issues - treat our customers how you would want to be treated!
• Ensure that we are always serving the fresh and flavorful food that is made with care.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness in accordance with company standards.
• Assures sanitation standards are maintained in accordance with State Food Safety, OSHA, local health regulations. Additionally, ensures restaurant equipment is properly maintained and safely operated.
• State Food Safety and Allergen certification is required.
• Ensures compliance with Health, Fire, Labor Department and local municipalities.
• Any other tasks as assigned.
  
  

Here’s Who We’re Looking For

• Someone who has a knack for customer service!
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with adaptability and flexibility.
• Must have a positive attitude and show commitment to a positive working environment.
• Must have demonstrated hospitality skills and strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous restaurant experience is preferred.
• Ability to stand/walk for an entire shift (up to 35.0 hours / week) . Our Team Members are constantly moving to ensure quality customer service for all our guests.
• Must be able to bend and reach overhead often, possess dexterity to handle cooking equipment, and work in kitchen temperatures ranging from hot to cold.
• Must be able to squat, lift, push, and carry up to 30 lbs.
