Who we’re looking for:
The Fruit Expert® - Customer Service & Production Associate is responsible for creating the mouthwatering arrangements, dipped fruit™ boxes, and cut fruit for Edible® treat products, following proper operational procedures. He or she also ensures Edible® service standards are met and surpassed by providing customers with prompt service, delivering a WOW experience.
CSR Responsibilities
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls
- Navigate through several screens to place orders
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build rapport to make all customers feel comfortable and secure with our services.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Ability to upsell orders with confidence
- Must be professional and a great listener
- Blow up balloons and keep area tidy, Other tasks assigned by your supervisors.
Skills
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Ability to spell and use correct grammar
- Strong phone handling skills and active listening
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Be able to handle monetary transactions correctly
- High school degree
- Pass a Background Check
Production Associate: How you’ll make an impact:
- Build arrangements according to our brand standards
- Prepare a variety of arrangements according to customers' orders or supervisors' instructions, following approved procedures and proper portion sizes
- Wash, peel and/or cut various fruit to prepare for arranging
- Package arrangements or dipped fruit
- Performs cleaning tasks in accordance with the cleaning standards and works as a store team player; Clean work areas, equipment, utensils, and dishes
- Follows proper food sanitation and handling procedures

- Ensure proper handling and storage to maintain freshness and quality
Skills:
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and provide product information
- Upselling skills to promote additional fruit products or related items
- Proficiency in operating a cash register and POS system for accurate transactions
- Technical sales knowledge for recommending suitable products based on customer preferences
- Experience in wireless or electronics sales is a plus
- Bilingual skills are an advantage for effective communication with a diverse customer base
