What are the responsibilities and job description for the Rocky Hill Customer Service Representative position at Edible?
Customer service will deal with customers by taking orders over the phone, in person, and processing orders online.
They also are involved with dipping a variety of fruits for bouquets and dipped fruit boxes.
They eventually will also learn how to cut up fruit and make up the fruit bouquets- no worries, we will train you- no experience necessary!
HOLIDAYS ARE MANDATORY. Holidays are the most busy time for our business. The week of the holiday is mandatory to work.
Responsibilities
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
- Do the dipping for arrangements and dipped fruit boxes
- Maintaining a clean and organized store
- Learn how to cut up and make fruit bouquets
- Unpacking and putting products on shelves
Skills

- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High school degree
