Edict Systems has an opening for an entry level Account Executive role for those interested in an environment that centers on transparency, honesty, and a commitment to customer service. This position is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is interested in pursuing a sales career by utilizing their natural people skills. In this role you will interact with suppliers of all sizes as they deal with the largest retailers and manufacturers in the world such as Kroger, Walmart, Meijer, CVS, Honda, Toyota, and hundreds more. You will also be responsible for ensuring suppliers are using the correct solution as it relates to supplying their products to retailers, allowing them to comply with the requirements of doing business with their customers.

Duties and Responsibilities
Generate, maintain and grow client relationships
Conduct professional outbound and inbound communications with potential, new and existing clients in written and verbal form
Provide exceptional service to internal and external customers
Maintain and updating HubSpot CRM with all required information including daily activities
Follow up with prospects and customers based on previously set company expectations
Maintain and grow client relationships to enhance customer retention
Skill and Competencies

Meet or exceed sales goals by communicating verbally over the phone, video and leveraging email and social media as methods of communication
Able to work with multiple customers/contacts at a time and balance based on priorities
Good written and oral communication skills
Ability to use common office platforms such as, but not limited to, Word, Excel, CRM platforms, and business telephone systems
Time management and the ability to prioritize and deal with frequent changes in priorities
Ability to become a product expert of our solutions over time
Ability to work independently and be a self-starter on the priorities of the day
Qualifications
Highschool diploma required
2 years of sales/customer service experience

Full-time position Salary plus commission
Position works from our corporate headquarters, in Beavercreek, OH. Options are available for a hybrid work model at the conclusion of the initial training
