What you'll be doing :
- Adapt leadership style to inspire and mentor teams of various levels to reach their full potential and produce the best work possible.
- Lead the prioritization and management of both team and individual work, ensuring everyone adheres to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment.
- Create storyboards and mock-ups for clients and the design team to visualize the completed project.
- Pitch ideas and the creative vision to the client and communicate the project outline to the design team.
- Oversee the design projects from start to finish, monitoring staff members to ensure they adhere to budget and timeline constraints.
- Review feedback from our SVP of Corporate Marketing and Development, making alterations according to our needs.

18,360 Monthly - Salary for this role is commensurate with prior experience.
