What You’ll Do:
As a District Manager, you’ll oversee a portfolio of stores within your region, leading and motivating teams to achieve business goals. Your responsibilities include:
● Sales & Performance Leadership – Analyze sales data, set regional goals, and ensure all locations hit performance targets.
● Team Development – Hire, train, and develop Store Managers and teams, ensuring each individual is set up for success and career growth.
● Customer Experience – Ensure all stores provide a consistent, high-quality shopping experience that delights customers and keeps them coming back.
● Operations & Visual Merchandising – Oversee store operations, from inventory management to visual merchandising, ensuring everything runs smoothly and meets company standards.
● Loss Prevention & Compliance – Ensure all stores maintain security, safety, and compliance with company policies.
● Strategic Planning – Collaborate with senior leadership to execute business strategies, boost sales, and drive growth within your region.
● Travel & Regional Support – Travel up to 50% of the time to visit stores, conduct performance assessments, and support managers in achieving goals.
Who You Are:
● Experienced – You have 5 years of multi-unit retail management experience, with a proven track record of driving sales and team success across multiple locations.
● Leader – You’re a natural leader who inspires and motivates teams to perform at their best.
● Results-Driven – You’re organized, results-oriented, and have a deep understanding of how to drive business performance.
