REPORTS TO: Admin. Accountant for Fixed Assets and RMO APPLICATION DEADLINE: Open Until Filled
LENGTH OF WORK YEAR: 226days DATE REVISED: 02/24/2016
WAGE/HOUR STATUS: Non-Exempt
SALARY RANGE: $17.43 Minimum $26.15 Maximum PAY GRADE: PS4
PRIMARY PURPOSE:
The scope of his/her responsibilities is to assist with maintaining of warehousing activities in regards to capital outlay equipment, copy paper, loaner items, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS:
TEA certification requirements
High School graduate GED
Must possess office skills
Cooperative and dependable
Hold a valid Texas driver’s license
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
? Prepare and process documentation when delivering, receiving, transferring, or disposing of capital outlay equipment.
? Perform physical inventories of all fixed asset items district wide and warehouse inventories.
? Deliver copy paper, envelopes, etc.
? Deliver and pick up loaner items (chairs, tables, etc.).
? Pick up and handle records retention files.
? Process all inactive records according to our approved Records Retention Schedule.
? Perform assembling, repairing, and maintenance of new and used capital outlay equipment.
? Tag and identify all capital outlay equipment.
? Transfer capital outlay equipment throughout district to storage or movement of offices.
? Assist in maintaining a log for receiving and delivering of all capital outlay equipment.
? Assist in maintaining and keeping inventory of warehouse supplies and fixed assets or capital assets equipment.
? Prepare and process work orders in regards to furniture being used as loaners for school events, to warehouse items such as copy and printer paper, and to the movement of capital outlay equipment.
? Receiving, delivering, separating, and/or transferring of federal supplies and materials.
? Performs all duties in a safe manner to avoid injury to oneself and/or to others.
? Perform other related duties as assigned.

WORKING CONDITIONS: Mental Demands/Physical Demands/Environmental Factors:
? Maintain emotional control under stress; frequent District travel; heavy lifting
