Overview:
We are seeking a driven and fearless Outside Sales Field Representative to represent Edinburg Tractor Sales and Unkefer Equipment. You will work directly with ownership and the general managers at each store to grow our customer base through targeted cold calls and in-person visits to prospects who need our equipment, including farmers, homesteaders, businesses, and municipalities. This role is perfect for a self-motivated individual who excels at building relationships and delivering results with care and respect.For the first 6 months, this position is commission-only, offering uncapped earning potential. After 6 months, it transitions to a competitive base salary plus commission, with benefits including matching 401(k) and healthcare. Additionally, we provide a gas allowance and, for the right candidate, a company car after 90 to 120 days. • Proactively identify and engage targeted prospects (farmers, homesteaders, businesses, municipalities) through cold calls, cold visits, and networking. We will provide database and will work with you to identify prospects to target. It will be a team effort.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and recommending the right New Holland, Kioti, Kubota, or Hustler equipment.
• You will be showcasing our commitment to our quality and service to prospects and customers..
• Collaborate with ownership, general managers, and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Follow up diligently with leads to close sales and maintain customer satisfaction post-sale.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Stay informed about industry trends, equipment features, and competitor offerings to position our dealerships as the top choice.

Qualifications:

• Fearless approach to cold calling and cold visiting, with a proven ability to engage prospects confidently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine desire to understand and meet customer needs.
• Competent, caring, and respectful demeanor, committed to doing the right thing for customers and the company.
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently in the field and collaborate with ownership and general managers.
• Experience in sales (preferably equipment, agriculture, or related industries) is a plus but not required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for field visits across Ohio.
• Comfortable with a commission-only structure for the first 6 months, with a strong desire to earn $60,000–$120,000 annually based on performance.

Compensation & Benefits:

• After 6 Months: Transition to a competitive base salary plus commission, maintaining the same earning potential ($60,000–$120,000/year).
