Summary
As a Field Service Technician, you will be essential in maintaining and repairing large capital equipment, ensuring optimal performance. Reporting to the Service Manager, your role requires a strong foundation in mechanical knowledge and electrical experience, particularly with programmable logic controllers and schematics. Your core skills will be complemented by your ability to analyze issues and provide effective solutions in the field. With a focus on customer service, you will help enhance operational efficiency and uphold the organization's commitment to quality service and support.
Preferred experience:
- Network connectivity, e-stop functionality, sensor technology, plc's, electrical panels, conveyors/belt automation
Nice to have:
- Mechanical background, installing and repairing large capital equipment
- Data collection software/visual recognition software
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $33.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
