Job Summary:
The General Manager will oversee the performance of the Specialty Products Group, leading sales management and pipeline processes. This role ensures smooth order handover to operations, monitors KPI reporting, and drives continuous improvement efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead business development and pipeline management for SPG.
- Serve as a Technical Sales Leader when necessary.
- Manage quoting activities and new project launches.
- Oversee order fulfillment, including order entry, scheduling, and manufacturing execution.
- Manage departmental budgets and staffing to meet customer needs.
- Support PPAP activities and customer inquiries.
- Maintain workflow processes for cost and inventory management.
- Track job variance reports and implement improvements.
- Drive safety culture through 6S and other programs.
- Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Strong knowledge of reading drawings and GD&T.
- Experience in sales pipeline management and technical leadership.
- Strong decision-making and root cause analysis skills.
- Effective communication and KPI reporting capabilities.
- Ability to enforce HR policies and procedures.
Salary : $110,000 - $130,000
