Job Overview : We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Water Resources Manager to lead water and wastewater projects from inception through completion. This leadership role involves significant client interaction, overseeing project execution, and managing a dynamic team of professionals. The Senior Manager will play a critical role in business development, working within the seller-doer model to cultivate relationships, secure new projects, and ensure successful delivery of water and wastewater infrastructure solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Project Leadership : Lead and manage water and wastewater projects across all phases, including planning, design, permitting, construction, and commissioning.
- Client Interaction : Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout project lifecycles.
- Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers, project managers, and technical professionals. Foster a collaborative work environment to ensure high-quality project delivery.
- Business Development : Participate in business development activities to drive project acquisition. Act as a seller-doer by actively pursuing new business, preparing proposals, and engaging in networking efforts to expand the firm's presence in the water resources sector.
- Project Management : Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources. Ensure projects meet technical, financial, and regulatory requirements. Deliver projects on time and within budget.
