This role is on-site Monday-Thursday.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ANALYST, ELECTRIFICATION
EEI is looking to add a bright, resourceful, and organized Analyst, Electrification to our Legal and Clean Energy team. In this role, the individual will be responsible for enhancing EEI's ability to execute initiatives and activities to accelerate electrification, perform research to provide analytical support to EEI's advocacy and stakeholder engagement efforts, and support project execution by growing and enhancing engagement with member company contacts.
Other important responsibilities of the Analyst, Electrification, include:
- Conduct analysis to enhance EEIs value as a resource to members, stakeholders, and external audiences.
- Research focus areas include regulatory filings, state legislation, market trends, and member company activities.
- Develop and maintain databases and summaries that convey information clearly and concisely.
- Facilitate engagement with key EEI member company contacts via email, surveys, and other methods.
- Maintain contact lists for various working groups and committees.
- Map out ecosystem of stakeholder groups (trade groups, customers, technology providers, NGOs, etc.) and key contacts at each.
- Develop member engagement tools to increase the scope and frequency of collaboration with member companies.
- Leverage EEI's community page and other digital tools by finding and sharing resources and producing member communications (e.g., newsletters and other updates).
- Provide the electric transportation team with project management support, including tracking project milestones and deliverables.
- Provide planning and logistical support for EEI activities such as member meetings, conferences, and other events.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Candidates should have a bachelors degree, technical or policy-oriented degree preferred.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of work experience required.
- Experience in policy analysis and knowledge of electric transportation and/or electric power industry preferred.
- Strong collaborator within a small team and ability to work independently.
- Proficient in time management, prioritizing workload, and multitasking while maintaining attention to detail.

COMPENSATION
The salary range for this role is $70,000-$100,000. Starting annual salary will be determined on individual qualifications. EEI also offers an annual performance incentive which is prorated for mid-year start dates. This incentive is typically up to 10% of the base salary.
