The pay range and the specific pay for the successful candidate are determined in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement between Southern California Edison Company and the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local 47.

Become a Cybersecurity Program Manager at Southern California Edison (SCE) and build a better tomorrow. You will play a key role in supporting all aspects of overseeing the development of department metrics, project delivery oversight and performance management within the Cyber team. This includes presenting both project and operational activities to senior IT leadership, help with controlling the intake of projects, aligning initiatives, and managing the demand on the team resources. Assist with the development of prioritized project list and develop an integrated schedule between various efforts in Cybersecurity. Play a key role in determining forecasted capacity requirements for both resources, as well as technology deployments. Serve as one of the central points of contact between Cybersecurity stakeholders as well as other groups in IT and other OU’s. Manage the day-to-day operation and reporting function of various cyber governance committees.

- Act as a single point of contact for reporting of all Cybersecurity Operations and Technology metrics and performance measures at the program level.
- Perform evaluations of new cybersecurity functions and data sources as it relates to measures of success on return on investment (ROI) strategies for people, processes, and technology functions.
- Provide oversight and consolidates status of all upcoming and in-flight projects at the Cybersecurity program management level and for regular status and health checks for Cybersecurity Leadership.
- Assist in maintaining current, emerging, and future Cybersecurity capabilities and investments for our strategic 5-year roadmap.
- Oversee the design, development, and publishing of operational, performance and risk reduction dashboards.
- Facilitate Cybersecurity program development between IT Operation Teams and Cybersecurity Operations and Technology though workshops, process design and optimization between the appropriate IT and business tower stakeholders.
- Expert level in process engineering, developing delivery metrics, critical success factors, and key performance indicators.
- Develop cost benefits analysis, total cost of ownership, earned value, and cost value models.
The essentials
- Seven (7) years of cybersecurity experience.
- Seven (7) years managing IT projects/programs.
The preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering, Business Administration, Mathematics, or IT related discipline.
- Experience working with or implementing NIST, MITRE or other Cybersecurity standards frameworks.
- PMP, ITIL and/or CISSP certification.

- This position’s work mode is hybrid.? The employee will report to an SCE facility for a set number of days with the option to work remotely on the remaining days.? Unless otherwise noted, employees are required to reside in the state of California.? Further details of this work mode will be discussed at the interview stage.
