- Prepares financial statements for various grants and submits them to grantors in a timely manner.
- Assists the Vice President of Administration and Finance with data gathering and account analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Develops and implements accounting and internal control procedures for payroll, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
- Supervises the Business Office Manager/Assistant Controller, Purchasing Coordinator, and Grants Accountant.
- Monitors spending to ensure compliance with College budgets and departmental allocations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Colleague or similar ERP/accounting systems.
- Knowledge of OBOR and Department of Education reporting requirements.
