ROLE DESCRIPTION :
We are seeking a motivated and licensed Property and Casualty Insurance Agent to join our dynamic team at Edison Valerio Insurance Agency. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping clients protect their assets and provide exceptional customer service. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing clients' insurance needs, recommending suitable insurance products, and providing ongoing support.
As insurance representative, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their insurance needs.
Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ insurance requirements and recommend appropriate coverage options.
Provide quotes and policy explanations to clients.
Assist clients with policy renewals, changes, and claims processes.
Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations to better serve clients.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development
Develop and maintain client relationships in insurance and financial services.
Provide clients with comprehensive financial planning and insurance advice.
Assist clients with retirement planning, investment management, and insurance needs.
Stay current with market trends and product offerings.
QUALIFICATIONS :
1 years of experience in insurance and financial services.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in financial services is a plus.
Bilingual (English / Spanish or other languages) is preferred to better serve our diverse clientele.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous learning
