Job Summary:
We are seeking School Administrative support roles: School Secretaries, Attendance Clerks
The School Administrative Support Staff works as a part of the administrative team in order to meet the needs of all students. Building relationships is a critical component of this learning environment, the team works together to identify student needs that may be barriers to success. The School Administrative Support staff collaborates with team members to analyze different means of meeting the needs of the school and students, and communicates with students, parents, and other team members about student progress and plans for next steps.
The Attendance Clerk is responsible for maintaining a high degree of attendance accuracy and accountability that is an essential function of this position. This position will manage the flow of attendance information within the school and is tasked with maintaining all school attendance records. The Attendance Clerk must be flexible, personable, and able to communicate and support the school’s mission and vision and demonstrate companywide core values.
The School Office Secretary serves as the focal point for communication by mail, telephone and in person. They manage the flow of information within the school and will be responsible for maintaining all schools records. The school secretary also provides administrative executive level special projects support and perform secondary office duties. The School Office Secretary must be flexible, personable, and able to communicate the schools mission and vision, and possess the same core values that are part of the school. This position will also provide administrative executive level special projects support and perform secondary office duties.

Internal: School Faculty and Staff, Students and Corporate Staff
External: School Visitors, Vendors, Contractors, Parents

Qualifications
Requirements:
- High School Degree or equivalency diploma;
- Ability to use Microsoft operating systems and be proficient with Microsoft Office applications to include Word and Excel, and ability to use the Internet;
- Excellent oral and written communication and strong interpersonal skills;
- The ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management, staff, and business contacts as required;
- Bilingual preferred – English and Spanish;
- Post – secondary training and coursework in office management preferred;
