The Role
As a Solutions Consultant at EDITED, you will partner with Sales Executives to deliver impactful product demonstrations and craft tailored solutions to align with client needs. Collaborating across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams, you’ll play a vital role in showcasing the value of our platform. You’ll do this by shaping product development, enhancing go-to-market strategies, and ensuring a successful handover to Customer Success.
Responsibilities :
- Drive revenue : Partner with Sales to deliver compelling product demonstrations that showcase value and drive deals.
- Ensure client success : Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Business Development, Product, Marketing, Customer Success) to understand client needs, craft tailored solutions, and ensure successful product adoption.
- Facilitate smooth onboarding : Actively participate in client onboarding, providing training and support to ensure a smooth transition.
- Contribute to product innovation : Provide feedback and insights to the Product team.
- Develop compelling messaging : Assist Product Marketing in developing compelling messaging and delivering engaging product demonstrations.
- Enable customer success : Support the Customer Success and Enablement team with best-practice demonstration outlines and methodology.
- Empower sales teams : Help to onboard new Sales Executives by providing training on products and internal systems.
